User Defined Receipt Headers

This window allows a user to define how the receipt headers will be titled or labeled but should be related or similar in meaning to the default labels which are the same as the payment types under Receipt formats. For instance many organisations prefer calling Membership fees as subscription fees.

Note that
1. You can as well also maintain the default labels if you see no need change only the labels that the user changes in the user defined fields will be altered otherwise the system will maintain the default ones.

2. The system will adopt these labels and change the default ones to the user preferred labels. It is not always that all the labels can be replaced since those in Loan Performer are standardized.

• The LPF default label for Purchase and Sales of shares was Buying /selling of shares but upon the change by the user the receipt header will look like one below when a share transaction has taken place:

• The LPF default label for payment of loans was Loans Repayment but upon the change by the user the receipt header will look like one below a loan payment has been made:

• These will apply to all the labels that a user has re defined.
